2019 FALL TOURNAMENT

UPDATED FOR SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 AND OCTOBER 5 CANCELLATIONS

Each team's head coach MUST confirm in writing no later than Tuesday, September 24 that their team will participate in the tournament.  Information on how to do so has been sent to each head coach.

Format:  We will attempt a double elimination format (see below for potential dates for each league).

All regular season dates and potential tournament dates are WEATHER PERMITTING!

Tournament beginning dates are dependant on weather and when we can complete the regular season games (if we can).  We have a published hard and fast date of Sunday, November 3 to be the last date the fall season will run.  We also have a published hard and fast start of the tournaments as the "first Saturday after the conclusion of the regular season".  We also have a published hard and fast date of Saturday, October 19 as the latest the tournaments would begin; therefore, if weather should force any rescheduling of regular season games, the tournaments would start no later than October 19 even if all regular season games have not been played by that time.  Based on the above published criteria, tournament starting dates are:

     11-13  -  regular season will end October 12; tournament will start 10/19.

     5-6, 7-8, 9-10  -  regular season will end October 12; tournament will start 10/19.

If any league's tournament starting date must be pushed forward to October 19 AND WE WERE TO LOSE OCTOBER 19 TO WEATHER, THE FORMAT WOULD REVERT TO POOL PLAY BEGINNING OCTOBER 26, WHICH WOULD GIVE US AN ADDITIONAL WEEKEND OF NOVEMBER 2-3 (IF WE WERE TO ALSO LOSE OCTOBER 26 TO WEATHER) TO STILL HAVE NOVEMBER 2-3 TO ATTEMPT TO FINISH BY NOVEMBER 3 (OUR PUBLILSHED FINAL DATE OF PLAY FOR THE FALL SEASON).
